DIY Class-D 500W Switching Amplifier with TL494

I will be discussing a class-d power amplifier utilizing the TL494 IC for PWM, along with an N-Channel MOSFET transistor as the final amplifier. This circuit is simple to build and cost-effective for practicing power amplifier class-d. It can be powered by a 30V to 100V DC asymmetric power supply with a bias voltage ranging from 8VDC to 12VDC. The amplifier can deliver up to 500Watt of power output, which is quite impressive. For detailed instructions on building this power amplifier, refer to the TL494 Power Amplifier circuit schematic and PCB Layout design available for download in .PDF format.
